At REDCON1, we stand behind the quality of our supplements and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all supplements are at least half-full and apparel has original tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
